You were very eager to pick a fight with a Molly. However, we do not see your name on any of the relevant bounty boards, nor it seems someone has hired you to shoot the Molly and announced that in order to comply with the server rules.

Due to your own lack of knowledge on bounties, you got a fellow player into trouble. If you die to another player, you can only issue bounties on the forum. If you want to hire someone ingame on the spot, you must be still ''alive'' to actually do so. In order to hire a Freelancer, the enemy must be made aware of that.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Appeal Thread linked above. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the appeal thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. I got ordered by an BAF agent (something with BAF|The-Hammer dunn how exactly) to kill that Molly because he killed him and he told me he is willing to pay me 20 million for that kill. And as the Freelancer Id says I can contract lawful bounties. So whats the matter? I don't understand why i get bastilled for that

There are two situations that can happen. You can either get hired on the spot or you can accept a bounty as a Freelancer ID.
1. All bounties must be posted on the forum. If you attack another player to claim a bounty and the bounty is not posted on the forum, you are open to a PvP abuse sanction.
4. Mercenaries, freelancers and bounty hunters may be hired on the spot in game by non-generic IDed players to assist with a combat without a forum post. The other parties involved in the combat must be made aware of this.
In your case, if the player who hired you died to the Molly, then he was PVP dead and could not remain in the same system as the Molly in order to hire you on the spot - thus telling the Molly that you were hired.
The only other choice was to place an individual bounty on the forum. Which did not happen.
That was your mistake - do not accept such bounties, they are against the current Bounty Hunting rulesset. Dead men cannot hire people on the spot.

We double-checked the logs. You were hired by the BAF person in groupchat and as such, you did not meet neither of those two requirements mentioned above. Do you understand what the mistake was, mate?
As a FL ID you have three possibilities:
Get hired by a player in an ongoing fight, in which case they (or you) must announce that you were hired - minimum amount is 1mil,
or
Get hired via forum bounty board for individual kills,
or
Register on a faction bounty board that offers blanket bounties.

Just tell us that you will be more careful next time and not allow the mistake of another player end up with your character behind bars
For good measure I've thrown your patron in Bastille so that they get a chance to look at this thread as well, so that they do not get anyone else into trouble later.

And i've learned now that i've to registrate myself on the bounty boards now if i wanna go on some hunts next time And that i can only engage as Freelancer in assisting situations against unlawfuls.

Morning ,
i read the reason and really i didn't know about that ,
i though it is possible to ask for a freelancer to go after the ship that killed you espesially if the freelancer was fighting with you anyway , also that youhave to be alive and the enemy knows that.
if it's not like that i am sorry i didn't do it on purpose.
So next time i need to put a bounty right , unlees there is a bounty hunter ? If a bounty hunter is online can it be done on the fly?
