my name is Thomas Grey, I'm a Independent Contractor of Ageira. I need to inform you that I saw a 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith" flying around in Liberty piloted by a Freelancer called Felicia Drum.

She talked something about, that she served in the Rheinland Military, but I didn't trusted her. Anyway, I'm uploading my attachment now.

Felicia Drum has been seen before in Rheinland posing as an ex member of the Rheinwehr, and I've personally destroyed her ship. Possibly built from scrapped parts in the Liberty war or salvaged from the battlefield, no doubt. I'm surprised that she managed to repair it.
