Esteemed Arbiters of the Congress,

Under normal circumstances, I would speak some words of encouragement, though I believe the actual matter at hand is one that does not warrant such gaudy pretenses, lest we distort the graveness of the situation into a sick perversion of its inherent tragedy. Arbiters, the Lane Hackers have reason to believe that you are in the process of being subverted by the Nomads. We have received word that a certain Mr. Snell, captain of the Domovoi, may indeed have fallen victim to them. Now, while we do not have the means to ascertain this with utmost certainty, we believe the source to be credible enough to at least warn you about this and advise you to check the man in question.

This pilot is no longer a member of Junker Congress. If you do find him and have evidence of them being infected or afflicted in any sort of way then by all means, execute them. Trust us, you would be showing them a great mercy. The most surprising part about this, they had been checked out thoroughly by doctors in the Ingenuus Research Group. It is a shame to say, but perhaps their detection methods cannot be relied upon.
