Good Morning Congressman

My Name is Murdock McFlanagen Director of Public Relations & Marketing for Gateway|,we have spoken before but this was a fairly long time ago.


I'm sending this transmission out as i would like permission for Gateway Shipping Vessels to enter your Home System Puerto Rico to buy Premium Scrap. Now your probably wondering why the sudden Interest all of a sudden, this is for 2 reasons :

  1. I had a Junker ship by the name of Greed offered to sell me some freshly mined Premium Scrap the other day,he was quite pleasant.
  2. With the subsequent sell point at Planet Sprague in Omega 3,this make a short but profitable Journey.

We previously we're able to acquire permission from you but as the passage of time goes on I doubt that stands anymore.

We are more than willing to Pay a Docking fee or haul any Materials you may require,Of-course we would adhere to any other conditions you might have.

I'm would like this to be Beneficial for both Our Groups.
