Good day, I am captain of The.Maverick.VI and I would like you to present some unsettling logs. Whilst my crew and I had been around Planet Manhattan, we were threatened by Bounty Hunter Guildmaster - who also shown a huge disregard to local authorities. I am pretty aware such acts are very invalid regarding to the Liberty Law, despite being a Zoner scientist pretty alien to the more 'civilized' space.

I do not think this is the behaviour which not only Bounty Hunters but also the Guildmaster himself should ever present within Liberty Space. Therefore, I present this evidence as act of concern regarding the safety of your Liberty. Are those really kind of people whom you want to protect the colonies?

I am a Zoner from Baffin System and 5th and [LN] can confirm my papers right away. Paying fine for doing something that is not a crime according to The Laws of Liberty is outrageous. Moreover, the LPI request is obvious break of Section One, Paragraph II (Piracy) of said Laws - for trying to extort money. Therefore case goes towards the [LN] and 5th| entities directly without any LPI involvement, which were present on the scene of the logs. Payment is on hold until situation is resolved by the higher authorities (which is Liberty Navy).

Should LPI react when my vessel had been threaten by the BHG Guildmaster, the whole case should not happen all in all. The payment will be paid only after the official statement made by 5th Fleet and Primary Liberty Fleet. It is you, officer, who break the Liberty Law as you fined me for crime that does not exist. The following up fine is also invalid, as it is consequence of invalid punishment, rendering it invalid as a whole.

Your superior, Patricia Lyons, had been already informed about blunt extortion attempt made by one of her officers.

LPI Would like to remind you, that you do not decide the law, or enforcement thereof in Liberty. An Officer on scene made a judgement call, and handled the decision in an appropriate manner. Personal Preference does not factor into law enforcement and Crime.
