I have good news for you and Planetform. DSE has just finished construction of a docking ring in orbit of Planet Edmonton. However, before we move on with any large terraforming projects, I and the rest of USI's shareholders want to see some returns from this endeavor. I believe that the easiest way to accomplish this would be top have a settlement built near one of the larger Platinum deposits on the planet. Since your company has experience in tackling issues with extreme climate, I was hoping your teams could draft up plans and a present a budget for said construction. When it's finalized, I'll see to it that it is soon approved as long as it seems reasonable.

Mr Tomson,
This is great news. We were preparing for this project since completion of initial surveys. Our engineers already completed the blueprints of the outpost and bill of materials required for construction.
The first base will have living quarters for a crew of 250 people, basic medical care unit and administrative module. The base will be placed in immediate vicinity of one of Platinum Ore deposits discovered by the initial surveys.
