Whom it may concern

Greetings, I am Ms Cooper and have been asked to get in contact with you regarding the jumpgate situation in New York.

As is our duty, we went head first into trying to repair the gate however due to the impossibility of getting the job done due to an unusually high about of terrorist activity in the area we cannot complete our job.

I need to know, has the Liberty Government been in touch to make a claim? We need to know if we are getting the insurance payout to continue this work. We are currently loosing a ship a day trying to access the area, as well as countless lives lost. We simply cannot continue until we can afford to pay for the supplies, the security and the compensation costs to the family members of the ones who have already lost lives and the ones who yet may.

An urgent reply is required.

Please excuse our Directors for not replying, they are extremely busy and I was appointed to deliver you a message on behalf of my company.
