My name is Emerson Bradshaw and I am honoured to introduce the Frumentarii to the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army.
The order I represent has been a part of our history for generations, their ideals and power being passed down the ages, the reason you've never heard of them before is simply because they did not want to be found. In its history, the Frumentarii have supported decisions of the Guildmastery, they have swayed their decisions or have gone against it to achieve their goals. Only the highest members of the Independent Miners Guild have knowledge about their existence and if you were to request specifics I’m sure you would be denied. But worry not, we are not your enemy here, on the contrary, the Frumentarii used their influence to sway the vote in favor of supporting the terraforming of Planet Estergebirge, we also used our assets to help fund the provisions needed for such a project. However the time has come to take action once again, as a new threat has arisen. The Frumentarii are forging an alliance against the Gallic invaders using the far-reaching diplomatic connections of the Independent Miners Guild to approach and integrate many who have been fighting the Gallics on their own or with just there closest allies. If we could bring our two great factions together and work as a united front we would soon quash the Gallic ships, we have agents positioned in various locations across Gallic space ready to be utilized however you need, with coordinated efforts together we could strike a deadly blow. We strive for an insurgency across the Tau systems and if we could coordinate with the Bretonian defence efforts by pooling our resources, we could finally begin to push back the Gallic tyranny. Currently there is a liberation movement that strains Gallia's resources with our combined efforts we could force them into retreat and that will eventually see their grip on Sirius crumble. I understand that you may not trust me, right now we are intangible ghosts. But you have my word if we form an alliance, if we bring our forces together and work in tandem the Gallics will have no choice but to renegotiate their current position in Sirius space, we are at the forefront of history and I believe we step forward together. Yours sincerely, Emerson Bradshaw ¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤ Transmission Closing ¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤

From: The Office of the Premier
[Message Begins]To: Emerson Bradshaw Priority: MODERATE "The People's Republic and the Guild have always enjoyed cordial relations with one another, with the survey of Odessa being analyzed in addition to our continued work on the Estergebirge Mining Colony it is a time of cooperation and peace between our peoples. The Gallic Invasion and it's effects could be felt even here in New Moscow, the thought of impending invasion makes people wary and even fearful for the future. While I may not know you, I do know if we are to stop these invaders and restore the peace that the Guild enjoyed before the Houses decided in their 'infinite wisdom' to go fisticuffs with one-another we will need to resist and bite those who seek to oppress any before them. The People's Republic will be willing to aid this cause in terms of manpower and war materials and if need be serve as a 'fall-back point' for Frumentarii operatives should their current operating bases be compromised. If you wish to speak on this matter further the State Duma and the Premier invites you to visit New Moscow's Zhukovsky Station, the system most Sirians refer to as 'Omega-52', Zhukovsky Station is a common host to such discussions and is civilian operated by the good people at Volgograd Industrial. A Temporary Travel Visa will be issued should you accept our invitation. To common ideas and goals. " Sirius Coalition Сириуса Коалиция [Transmission Terminates]

I'm glad that we see eye to eye on the matter at hand here, the Gaul forces have run amok around Sirius without any faction stepping in and putting an end to their strangle hold on the out lying sectors and with your forces I believe this is a goal we can finally achieve, we too wish to return the Tau systems back to people. We are truly honoured by your extended invitation and I personally am happy to attend such a meeting as I believe it will be beneficial to both of us and I hope that we can become allies clearing up any Unknowns between our two factions, if you have any date and time in mind please let me know. We are also currently in talks with other potential allies so I believe our first port of call should be to establish a neutral platform on which we can all meet, we are currently requesting sanctuary for a headquarters on a Crayter asset in one of the Taus, if we get the green light would it be possible for you to send two representatives providing we are able to make the appropriate arrangements once we have a location. Though you must understand we cannot be seen at any Independent miners guild base, the risk is too high and right now they need to keep up appearances, I was even present when a Gallic Naval ship took command of an IMG battlecruiser using it to rout out pirate weapons platforms, while yes clearing out pirates may be a good thing, but who do the Gauls think they are ordering around one of our Captains... Though I digress, the main issue at hand right now establishing a base of operations, if you have any in mind please let me know as I can put it forward to a vote within the Frumentarii. I hope to hear from you soon, it will be a pleasure to work with you in the near future. Sincerely, Emerson Bradshaw ¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤ Transmission Closing ¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤-¤

From: The Office of the Premier
[Message Begins]To: Emerson Bradshaw Priority: MODERATE "At present we have an opening available for a meeting between the Premier and representatives of your organization on the 16th at 21:00 UTC, it is a prime time for the Republic due to the winter months encouraging holidays to JiangXi's Santiago de Omega island colony located at the equator to enjoy the warmth and beaches, during this time the State Duma is closed for the day and this frees up the Premier for important meetings with foreign organizations and diplomats such as yourselves. As for sending representatives, at present the Army is embroiled in a conflict with the Corsair Empire and other hostile elements in the Omega Region, however a representative or two can be spared for a meeting and will allow us time to find suitable pilots for this endeavor of pushing the Gallic fleets back from Sirius. Naturally we understand the precarious position the Guild is in due to the heavy Gallic presence near facilities such as Java in Tau-23 making it too dangerous to utilize without severely endangering the civilian population on-board, the Kingdom of Gallia is looking for any excuse to edge out the Guild in the Tau Region in favor of it's own corporate interests so rest assured the Coalition will not bring trouble to the doorstep of innocents. As for a base of operations, it is difficult as a large stake in the region is under the control of either Gallia or watched by either the Republic of Kusari and the so-called Outcasts. There are many ice asteroids in the region that could be utilized to conceal a facility however that would take time and resources to conceive. Perhaps the Crayter Republic or one of the other parties involved may have a better clue as to how to solve this issue? " Sirius Coalition Сириуса Коалиция [Transmission Terminates]
