As of 9 AM SIrian standard time, contracts between the Junker Congress and myself have fulfilled the required amounts to begin repairs. At this time, the cruiser La Triomphante will be able to begin operations in less than a day. Until her plating is repaired combat is not advised. Time frame for Battleship Grande Guillotine Operations status is approximately one week. Combat status is still unadvised until plating has also been installed.

Under the agreement made, I am to permit all Maltan Government officials access on board both vessel with the exclusion of Deck Nine, sub-section Twelve of the Grande Guillotine until repairs are completed in full.

I am proud to announce that a few days ago we have finally received shipments of Royalist made engine components for the La Triomphante and Grande Guillotine. Reports from our engineers state that with the supplies on hand, we will have more than enough to fully repair both systems to full operational status. However. I am renewing our request to finish hull repairs to the Grande Guillotine upon Venice Shipyard due to ship berth restraints with Valetta Shipyard.

We have finally procured the last shipment of Gallic designed ship hull paneling due to the hard work of the respected members of OSI and I am pleased to report that Lord Felanis has awakened from his year long cryofreeze. He wishes an audience with the higher members of the National Council to arrange combat operations once the Grande Guillotine and La Triomphante are at full combat status.

Lastly we he also wishes council with Alessandro Contari on private matters that cannot be discussed here.

After a long discussion with Lord Felanis, we have come down with a very simple price. It is simply this.

The preparations you asked of us have been far completed long ago Madamouiselle Mercante, and we were acknowledged as Second Class Maltanese citizens in the time of Mesieur Jameson years ago. So those requests are already done. All that is left is our request to transfer the Grande Guillotine to Vience Shipyard due to size constraints with Valetta. Everything has been paid for and the materials to finish reconstruction are on standby. We only wait for approval.
