Holiday Mode - Alley - 12-21-2016
Not much precision was given as to what the POB Holiday Mode entices. Here's the details:
- Bases are immune to damage (shield also cannot be raised)
- Bases do not consume any FOW
- New bases cannot be built

A pob consumes RA to repair damage. Since stations take none anymore/have infinite health, it won't consume repair commodities either.

Great.. Initially when this 'holiday mode' was implemented after the PoB crash there was no mention of not being able to construct new bases. Actually, we were told that any new bases will still need to be topped up with FWO+RA. Now i've got a BCP F1'd in space and my BMF| ship full of commodities.
So, holiday mode set on my RP aswell

I notice the base still consume FOW, It does not consume RA but FOW. Perhaps because the crew are there. My question is.. Is it safe to take all crew so that it wont consume anything at all?
