everything past that i don't trust running anywhere outside a sandboxed vm.

Then keep trying to fix it if you don't want to upgrade. Windows 10 is 10 times better and more stable.

except win10 is not even pretty
it's ui design is one of the worst i've seen desu
that goes pmuch to all of windows ever

windows 7 was the best in general, but comparing it to good ui like unity (amongst all its flaws) or pantheon is just unfair.
