To whom it may concern,this is Adrian Solar, a Zoner of Freeport 9 in Omicron Theta. I contact you to request a very temporary permission to have a few pilgrims entering Omicron Rho to make our way directly to Omicron Delta, without any pitstops. This would be at January 1st, 824 from 20.00 Sirian Standard Time (UTC) until 23.00.
Reason for this is a New Year's Flight through Sirius. See it as a pilgrimage or a sight-seeing tour, as we Zoners and our friends wish to pay our old homes a short visit. You can read the transmission I sent to the Zoners here.
I know there is still a certain tension between the Zoners and the Core, but I hope we can put our differences aside for this short period of time. In fact, I welcome the Core to tag along with us and visit some capital worlds. However, it would be better to take civilian vessels, as we will visit Omicron Gamma and Alpha as well.
I can't give you detailed information about when exactly we would enter Omicron Rho and how many will join us. I expect, however, that noone of us will cause any harm, as it will be small vessels only, as we don't want to violate any house laws of the systems we visit.

In all seriousness, though, the only tension that exist is between Us and the people who disrespect us. Be it Zoners or anyone else. Contrary to popular belief, We're not terrorists with a taste for zoner blood. We punish those who attempt to harm us and our way of style....or insult us.
You, on the other hand, you've asked nicely and politely and we see no reason to deny your request.
Of course, standard rules apply, mess up and we'll hold you responsible. It's not a surprise, I'm sure.
We'll alert the patrols and tell them take it easy.
