Greetings Core command,

Recent events transpired in a way that turned Omicron Delta into a war zone yet again. The Core's terrorist attack upon Freeport 11 awoke the interest of a lot of groups and factions to try and assert their influence into Delta. While we do not condone the NEMP bomb you employed to incapacitate the station's systems we must look into the bigger picture - the possible consequences and shift of power that would occur if the Core loses their grip over Omicron Delta. We would much rather have to deal with your kind than allow the Imperio del Corsario to gain foothold back into Omicron Delta. So we come with a proposition that you would most likely find beneficial:

In the presence of other enemies of the Maltese Nation, be they Corsairs, Order, or any other group, faction or nation the Nation is actively in hostilities with, the Maltese Legion forces will prioritize said enemies over any Core forces in the area so long as the Core extends the same treatment towards our own. Of course this isn't an offer of peace so should there be no other hostiles I expect that our relations will remain the same as they are now. We simply see the status quo as more beneficial than the complete downfall of the Core and allowing other enemies of Malta to creep into Delta.

We are eager to hear your opinion on this proposition so that our pilots could be properly briefed on their objectives within the southern Omicron systems. Also just to be clear - this agreement is purely between the Maltese Legion and the Core. We do not hold any authority over other Maltese pilots that may be operating in the area.

Greetings, Ms Valdez.
I'll start this by saying that the NEMP was not approved by the Core Guildmaster and his Guildkeepers, but that matters little at this time.
As for your offer, we indeed realize that with us around, you could use the distraction and hit the Corsairs. As long as they get hit, we don't care who does it.
We also don't care if you would attack one of their bases and take it over. I mean, if they are really shifting their fleets to protect the Zoners, you could use that opening to do some nasty damage.
