Custodi,

There's a certain task to be accomplished. As you are hopefully aware, a portion of our engineers have been delegated off to the Rhodes to begin the construction of our new flagship, the Andromeda. They currently work on building a proper power core into the battleship and they seem to require our help.

During a patrol in the Manchester system I've stumbled across a fight between the Gallic Royal Navy and the Armed Forces. During said fight, two capital vessels clashed and the Gallic one emerged victorious. The Bretonian battleship Indomitable left behind a lot of quite useful scrap, including an almost fully functional fission power core. I got in touch with one of my Junker contacts from Trafalgar and a moment ago I've received a notice that the power core was delivered safely to Trafalgar and it's awaiting pickup.

I will need you to fly one of our logistic vessels to New London and safely pick up the item from Trafalgar. I will join you on the way back to ensure a swift and secure delivery to Rhodes. Please make haste.

Yours sincerely,

Icarus,

Sorry for the delay. The renewed Delta crisis kept me rather busy, considering half the people in the sector wanted to come walking through Gamma without so much as a nod towards her inhabitants. I hope the Junkers weren't charging you by the hour to keep a stolen fission core tucked away on Trafalgar, though I wouldn't blame them for it.

How fortunate that you were there just as the Gauls and Bretonians decided to slug it out. You'll have to tell me how you managed to sneak that thing out from under all those royalist noses on the way back - but however you managed it, our brothers and sisters back on Rhodes will thank you for it. Chief Engineer Spiros wants to examine it as soon as possible - the earlier he can work out the condition it's in and the potential power output he's looking at, he says, the sooner the Andromeda's existing systems can be configured to accept it. You'd have to ask him personally for the specifics, but he's as enthusiastic as you could expect.

I will round up a transport crew and depart for New London within the hour, using whichever ship I can find left in our hangars. I'm sure someone has left the Aesop or Plato lying around.

Cordially,
Αντωνία Λάσκαρη

Custodi,

Thanks to Antonia's and Athena's assistance, we managed to deliver the Bretonian power core to Rhodes Shipyard[1] safe and untouched. Our engineers will start working on the power core and hopefully soon it will be implemented into the Andromeda.

In addition I've received a message that the Archon will soon want to see some of us planetside in the High City to report on our actions in space so far. Expect a message about it soon.

Yours sincerely,
