Overall, I like your CR rp, tho what I would like to see is more natural military RP (compared to RL military) since I'm a big fan of that

I try to keep my military RP as realistic as possible, with a few twists, due to his past, Michael is not an arsehole to his inferior officers and values every and each one under his command, aims to live up to expectations, and those expectations are pretty high, as he is rather a legendary Admiral by now due to his acts and skill in command. He has a habit for demoting retreating and cowardly soldiers and those that aims to flirt with him tho.
Advices about what you see as "unnatural" would be welcome.
