Hello. I recently decided to get back into playing Discovery, but I ran into a small problem. Whenever I select my character and press "Load Character" I always get this message:
"The connection to the server has been lost. Either the server you were connected to has crashed, or your Internet connection to that server is not working. This is usually an intermittent problem. Please try again later."
After that I press "Ok" and it sends me back to server selection. What's interesting is that all others servers are working perfectly fine.
I have been banned once about 6 months ago and after that the problem started to occur.
I cleaned my registry, deleted all previous accounts, reinstalled both Freelancer and Discovery Freelancer, but still the message keeps popping up.
I don't know what to do anymore and I really want to play.
Your help will be highly appreciated.

It doesn't look like to me you were unbanned. Post in your sanction thread.

Sorry for a dumb question, but when you're getting banned is it on the IP or the account?

The player. If you get banned, we expect you not to have access to the server.

You will need to find your sanction thread in the sanction notification subforum and post there.
