Hi. It's me again. You're probably tired of seeing my name show up here.

NO is requesting an update on the SRP for NO-OCS-Black.Cloud.II we submitted around two months ago.

I'd consider enlisting more greens if you can't keep up/don't have time/arn't motivated to keep up with the paperwork that bottlenecks community projects.

There arn't enough people in disco to let more people get frustrated or burnt out with the request system.

RE: Admin Feedback Thread 2.0 - Lythrilux - 09-21-2018

Rephack requests and economic perk events really do not need such long time for deliberation. The roleplay justification or perk point is there. A structured request has been made. The stage is set. The big problem here is that the rephacks taking a while to process actually affect other factions and people too.

ID requests... I suppose need a while. I've heard my request was a bit 'complicated' - but I did urge the Staff to contact me if they had any questions (and I think I even provided a tl;dr in the doc). Still, the changes requested are very simple (and in the majority of cases are just changes to keep the ID up to date) and have zero risk of bad consequences from their implementation, as its just a case of bringing the ID in line with other lawful IDs. Fairness and equality and all that.

Probation requests as far as I imagine are very straightforward. I'd hope at least that whilst the request is in limbo my actions will be viewed with less scrunity and concern because of the state of that request.

I guess the Aoi request really is something that would require lots of deliberation because it might affect gameplay and roleplay considerably. Still, it could be such a great enhancement to the game. I hope it doesn't approach it's one year anniversary soon.

Massive thanks for processing the requests (someone is getting cybered tonight). Two things about the rephacks though:

A) The RP for the Gallic rephacks was actually done with Government involvement, with the intent that Cores/APM would be able to dock on all Gallic lawful bases. We basically exchange trade visas - Core trades in Gallia and Gallia gets to trade in Core.
B) The other rephacks (Hogosha, KPT, LR, UN) were all part of that request as well but haven't been mentioned. Were denied, approved, forgotten or still being processed?

Also just to check the same rephacks have been applied on the Gallic IDs right? I think they suffer from BHG guard reps still.

Much regards.

Stop spawning NPCs during PvP situations, you shitter peoples connections to discovery when you do this. This isn't the first time I've gone into full redlag 100% packet loss mode because admins keep spawning NPCs that needn't belong.

They just balanced the situation .

Sorry, seeing as the Server Population was down to about 30-40, and that there was the possibility that people were sat waiting for a reason to log (heaven forbid), I thought that I would create some NPCs for people to shoot (NY's population at the time was about 3 people). A lot of Liberty Caps logged and a handful of Aoi's, in snubs, logged. So when they turned up, I threw in more NPCs, the previous wave having been killed, to give some of the Liberty Caps something to shoot and try and stop the whole lot chasing the few snubs.

If you would prefer that I didn't try and make it fun for everyone, I am happy not to give up my free time and I won't bother.

RE: Admin Feedback Thread 2.0 - Saronsen - 10-06-2018

Well it's unfortunate that there's a correlation between my connection to the server being rendered useless and the NPC spawns, so I'll just have to avoid these impromptu events.

I highly doubt FLServer logs any of these issues in any meaningful way so I guess it'll be indefinite for me.

Hopefully something ends up revealing what's behind these issues.

I like that admins take the initiative to think "hey lets throw a few npc caps in here for people log on and shoot before shooting each other" Nice way to kick start some activity
