Considering that an Auxesia member has been sanctoned for something very similar before and that neither Nomad ships nor the K'Hara ID is a toy, you wont be doing that in the future as your K'Hara ships seem to be lost in the endless voids of deletion. Alright. I included the DSAce from start to finish and explanations as well as a breakdown. If you need further clarification, Nyx actually stated what our intentions were in the logs when I had swapped.

Your ships are restored and this sanction is reverted. Sorry for the problems this may have caused, though the evidence appeared to be pretty conclusive from what the reporter could see, so did most of the things in the serverside logs. Your explanation helped to clear this up.

Thank you. I hope this helps the reporter realize that we're not out to get them or anyone for that matter.
