Player Warned: CNS-Redemption - sindroms - 01-30-2017

CNS-Redemption has been warned for:

Quote:3.8 Cheating

Consequences: Warned.

Any attempts to screw with the event plugin to deny the opposing party of their bonus/score by self-killing, teamkilling or planet-diving is covered by 3.8. We have received a report of you trying to grind your face against a planet.

However, since the evidence presented against you was lacking in visual proof, you are being warned as a precautionary measure. Players who try to abuse the game mechanics during events will find some of their accounts very empty.

If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

RE: Player Warned: CNS-Redemption - Shaggy - 01-30-2017

Hi as the owner of this ship, I can tell you as I have told everyone else using my counter-evidence that I did not ram the planet on purpose, infact I died before I even hit the planet because my health was so low. I will send my photos to you which will show my screen just before I hit the planet and after I hit it. I was NOT the only person to ram the planet at that time and with what was shooting me I was not really concentrating on looking where I was flying, was more concentrating on shooting the things behind me while completely zoomed out. I will send you my counter-evidence for this warning to be reverted via pm.

Counter evidence sent to you @sindroms I am now off to bed.

RE: Player Warned: CNS-Redemption - Shaggy - 02-01-2017

I am still waiting for an update on this to have it reverted, do I need to send my counter-evidence to someone who is not @sindroms ?

RE: Player Warned: CNS-Redemption - sindroms - 02-01-2017

You received a warning.
You lost nothing, so nothing can really be restored.

A warning is meant to say "You did something ingame that other players interpreted as malicious actions - we suggest you adjust your playstyle accordingly."

So with that in mind why not sanction or warn those in the counter evidence who also planet dived? You saw in the counter evidence that I was concentrating on defending myself and not seeing a planet, you know as well as I do, when you zoom out fully you can't see a planet that is in front off you. A warning is on my records for me "Breaking" the rules purposely, my counter evidence shows it was not on purpose so this warning can be reverted so it is not there on my "records" so please do the right thing. And revert it so it is not on my records
