I Motoko Susubo Chief Researcher and Commander respectfully request parley for permission from your office for our two main research vessels the Goddess Shizuha and Goddess Izanami both vessels are refitted Nephlem Mobile Colony ships to serve as mobile research platforms. Both vessels are equipped with automated defense grid that react to incoming fire only. We are seeking this permission for use of the gates and lanes to facilitate faster travel to the Omega Systems and also the use of stations on the outer rims of your system for resupply.
