We do have some progress on dealing with those, but root of the problem itself is still there.

In addition to this, current leader of the pro-Light cult, person known as Thomas 'ThreeWinds' is acting more than strangely. As you understand, it is not helping reconciliation process. Even more, this particular individual may cause more harm than benefit the cause. We will put him and his organization on the close monitoring. Maltese society is currenly quite sensetive and all actions are suppose to be done in extremely precise manner.

At one point Malta was balancing on crossing the red line of another Civil War, but gladly we have mainly avoided it. Only thing that is worth to mention at this point is a local conflict between 101st Ghosts and Samarran Raiders, presently known as the Commune. I've tried to step in personally, it did not help a lot, but in the end this particular conflict was solved.

Personally I and some other high ranking people on Malta do believe that it's time for the Emissary to return. Along with the forming of new rulling body, Malta will need your wisdom and advice. Maltese are ready to welcome you on the highest level and I will personally make sure that all doors will be open for you. On the Maltese chessboard you can be one of the key figures and resolve this 'religious crisis'.
