Been gone for a while so now I have lots of stupid questions so I'll just post in Flood.
First question:
Are the Hellfire Legion ships open to the public like the Coalition ones? The wiki is too outdated to tell.

Yes, but you probably gonna need to fly them with Xeno ID or Hellfire Legion ID (indie) to get any decent powercore. I think Freelancer ID is also at 75%.

No idea, it might not have the battleship I believe. I think it's up to battlecruiser(?) but I'm not 100% sure. You can use the fighter for sure, though.

FL ID was made 75% and there's a tech registry board in the Commonwealth subforum under [HF] in Liberty. The Indie ID allows up to the Battlecruiser.

It's not as fun as it looks to fly, but it's still an okay cap. If it were up to me I'd of had Battleships on the indie ID to make it more appealing in exchange for not being able to leave the ZoI in caps.

What @Vendetta said above is accurate. Maybe, hopefully, we'll finally be able to have indies in Arbiters so we have the same base siege rights as the Hessians and Dragons ._.
