I sent this message to negotiate with your leaders for aid in both supplies to repair a salvaged KDS Battlecruiser we found, and possible jailbreaking of said vessel.
In the wake of our assault on Nagano, a few ships manage to survive destruction, floating empty, and therefore ripe for the picking. We were pleasantly surprised to find that one of them was a battlecruiser, the KDS-Nagasaki, the cause of the ship's survival being the crew having perished before they could scuttle it. Once we towed it to Mito Shipyard, we encountered a few problems keeping us from using the vessel as our own.
First off... You are likely familiar with the issue that a ship's powercore will lock up if it isn't provided with the 'proper' security codes of its manufacturers. Given your faction's reputation as well-renowned splicers in all of Sirius, we were hoping we could strike a deal for you to send some of your splicers to Mito Shipyard to jailbreak the KDS-Nagasaki's powercore for us, in exchange for a starting negotiable compensation of 50,000,000 Credits.
Secondly... Once the ship's powercore has been jailbroken, we were hoping that you would then help supply us with the following commodities to be used for the repairs of the battlecruiser to working order, the goods to be delivered to Mito Shipyard via your transports:
