I've found myself listening to different tunes when I am writing roleplay for different characters. What about you fine folk?
For Kaze Dagon I tend to go towards John Wick's soundtrack.

When I'm writing actual roleplay, I actually find music puts me off more than it helps. I only listen to stuff when I'm doing boring rubbish like comms or ooRP stuff.

I can write posts while listening to many different things and they actually get me in tune with what's coming. Just listen to Paul Shapera's "Edgar Builds a Business" without lyrics. It sounds perfect if you're writing about anything related to an enterprise.
Take "The Royal Air Force". No, not for writing an uplifting post about any kind of air or space force. For scientific progress! Just listen to it - do you feel proud for your country's achievements? Is German science number one in the world yet?
I, however, am especially proud of Monastic Commune of Tibet. Yay Hearts of Iron IV.
Listen to Operation Barbarossa when there's a battle plan in the works.
Kartrina's Red Megalovania works well when you have to roleplay a straight up mass murder. Don't even ask me where I'm going to use it.
Camp Theme from Darkest Dungeon gives me the right vibes for a respite in an exremely inhospitable environment.
Assembling The Fleet from Stellaris is incredible for when you are going to a full-scale war in space.
Do you see a trend? Find a track that has the same theme as what you're writing and things might get euphoric! Talented and experienced (more or less in some cases) composers are doing God's work.
