Greetings, members of the Council. The last dealings between Rheinland and the Corsair Nation were rather unpleasant, but I thought we had gotten over that. Now, the newspapers in Rheinland are full of stories of Corsair ships- heavy ones, at that- regularly intruding into Rheinland. Some have even dared to attack Planet New Berlin itself, laying siege to the planet and disrupting all trade. This is unacceptable.

We Bundschuh have tried to maintain neutrality between the Outcasts and Corsairs, and would like to continue doing that. Of the two of you, for a long term arrangement I would rather not be ruled by cardamine. But repeated attacks upon the people which we fight to protect will not be tolerated. We do our best to shepherd stray members of each faction away from our nation without bloodshed, but if this continues that will have to change. I don't think either of us would enjoy that.

As I can see no clear benefit from sending heavily armed warships into Rheinland at this time, I think that all involved would benefit if you reprimanded the officers that carelessly wander into Rheinland territory. I humbly await your response, and sincerely hope that this issue does not come to bloodshed.

I think u just answered your question....there are lot of benefits by pirating....And as i know corsair ships usualy stay at sig13 jh....never saw one at NB planet.

Do u have any proof of that so called "siege"?

Sir, if pirating is what the Corsairs aim, then you can do it just fine in Sigma-13 rather than while flinging rounds at passing citizenry. Also, I was unaware that the Corsairs condoned pirating in cruisers and other such heavy craft, which have appeared belligerently right up next to the planet on multiple occasions- we haven't seen them pirate, but they rather appeared to be under orders to lay waste to every quasi-legitimate target in sight.

As for 'proof', I can contact my sources about having their camera-logs forwarded to me... this is not a personal quirk, this is the culmination of continued reports that filter into my office every few hours.

Provided that all Corsair ships are recalled to Sigma-13, I will hold no grudge against them doing whatever they wish there. We have no friends in the system, and most pirate work there is to be helping us rid Sirius of those foul diamond runners. When we meet there it is generally on amiable terms. I would hate to lose that, and I see no business reason to launch cruisers into Rheinland proper, something significantly less amiable.

hello Mr. Klaus, is possible to send names of the ships that entered Rheinland space? Because as i know, and i hope i have correct information, all corsairs vessel were ordered to stay out of Rheinland space. I know that sometimes is corsair presence in Rheinland needed, for example when trader jump trough sigma hoel to New Berlin and he think that he is in safe, but from your words, there were no running traders, just corsair ships too close to Planet New Berlin.
When is possible, send the names, so we can explain the pilots why is better to stay in sigma.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but it sounds like you already have orders in place against Corsairs entering Rheinland to do anything other than pursue a fleeing trader. If this is the case, I will make sure to forward that message to any errant Corsairs our forces catch. I haven't heard back from my contacts yet about specific names, but I will make sure to forward any new ones that refuse to comply. Please respond with clarification. Thank you.

If you find any Corsair capital ships in New Berlin, write to that frequency, and it'll be dealt with.
