First of all, I would like to introduce myself and my company before we get right down to business. My name is Elena Voigt, and as I am speaking to you, I am representing the Forlorn Hope, a company of mercenaries founded not long ago. We want to establish contact with you, as we have a question to you regarding Taba Starbase, one of your installations.

Some time ago, as we were doing a routine nomad hunt for the ORG in the deep Omicrons, we detected an unusual signal in Omicron Minor. As it turned out, it happened to be an old wreckage of a Bustard Carrier, floating in the Edge Nebula. We don't know who it belonged to or why it is floating there, but what we do know is that we have a certain interest in it.

Since we founded the Forlorn Hope, we have been looking for an HQ - a not so easy task, if I might add. Hence, we believe an independent ship of bigger size would suit our needs the best. There's only one tiny problem. The Bustard's life support is down, only one of its four engines is still working, and there are huge holes everywhere on the hull. Hence, it needs to be repaired first before it can be of any use for us.

To clarify, we don't ask you to help us with repairing it, as we don't want to impose on you more than necessary. Actually, we are planning on gathering other independent engineers, and get it done ourselves. The only thing we need is a safe place to do that. And as the Bustard is currently floating in Omicron Minor at the moment, the first obvious choice of ours is Taba Starbase.

Therefore, we wanted to ask the Overwatch whether it is willing to give us the permission to dock the Carrier there, until the most necessary repairs have been done. We don't hope this will be an issue, especially since we've been already closely working together with the ORG, which has its Headquarter on Taba.
