Some good video converters - Colonel Z.e.r.o. - 01-01-2009 Incoming copy/paste I might be able to get my hands on an internet connection when I go to grab some of my stuff from the house. So I was wondering if they're are any good converters or more precisely any good programs to compress avi files. Like **** ike the family guy episodes you'd find on BT, 20+ min. 512+ resolution good audio and quality. would you guys happen to know the programs that are used for those? Sorry if this sounds a little muddy I got to run out real quick.. End copy/paste I'm also looking for converters that allow me to put in all (most) of the values myself Bit rate Data rate Frame Rate dimensions Etc. Also if they're some hints you can give me for converting stuff. thx Some good video converters - looqas - 01-01-2009 VirtualDub Free and good. You can use codecs and twist all the little knobs whose name you don't even know and what they are supposed to do. Some good video converters - Caribe - 01-01-2009 I use Super its free and quite handy and powerful. Some good video converters - Incindre - 01-02-2009 Virtual dub is complicated and I don't know how to use it really (unless Virtual Dub Mod is completely different from it and I'm wrongly grouping the programs). I agree with Caribe; Super is a good, free program which allows you to choose all that stuff; and there are other little programs out there that help you mess with the audio and video stuff if you are not entirely satisfied. Some good video converters - Colonel Z.e.r.o. - 01-09-2009 any more? |
