CERN - Mass Catapult - Nuclear Fusion Cold/Hot - Blackvertigo1 - 03-23-2017 I had a thought today - how a mass driver gun should work. Superconductor barrel with a blowback handle for cycling the next round. Charged with an explosive tungsten shell. I'll break it down. You have a cooled or carbon nanotube cylinder - poised on a blowback tube cycling the next explosive sabot. Then you'd apply a strong electromagnet charge the round for fire. With the discovery of Higgs-Boson gravity particles you can assign the particles or the center of mass to be at the tip of the projectile. Say the round fires at a fixed velocity with a vacuum surrounding the projectile, as with the muzzle smoke is propelled as the vacuum takes the result would be equal to an immovable object meets an unstoppable force... just stand out of the way for it. Also, I'd like to talk Nuclear Fusion. |
