As you know, since the Forlorn Hope began working with the ORG, we've kept an eye out for anything interesting or unusual to cross our path that you might find interesting. Well, today something very interesting happened. I was out scanning Iota and taking samples, as per usual, when one of the Oracles found me. At first I was expecting a fight, but to my surprise, he started speaking to me instead, and after quite some conversation, revealed that he too was interested in Nomad based weapons tech. He left me in Iota while he went to fetch somethings, and when he returned, he had 4 of the Nomad Battleship Torpedoes with him! He passed them over to me, asking me to ensure that they reach the ORG for study, and he believes it may well be possible to adapt or even miniaturize them for use by other ships.

In exchange for this unexpected gift, he merely asked that he would be given access to any tech that results of the study of these weapons, and that his name and involvement remains hidden in this whole affair. As such, I won't refer to his name openly, but will encrypt it to protect him. You know the key.
