Report as follow:
While in route to Battleship Essex in the Dublin system of Bretonia on our current supply mission, the Valiant assisted agents of the BPA in transferring confiscated sealed cargo containers back to the Essex. In the process of giving this assistance we came into contact with target #10-96. We are requesting that the data gathered be further analized at DMI HQ and any additional information available on targets #10-06 and #21-15 be passed along to us should we have clearance for it.

Upon scanning target #10-96 on initial contact, we detected a high energy sensor array for a ship the size of a VHF. Ship showed engine core readings consistent with a BlackMarket Cnos Engine. It appeared to be assisting or in temporary control of a BPA cargo interdiction operation. Target 10-96 was later seen in the presence of and in direct contact with Target #2115.

SpoilerInitial Analysis
Agents of or Freelancers friendly with the "Legion", seem to be collecting and gathering in and around New London orbit. The main worry would be that this loosely affiliated group of freelancers could be monitoring Liberty cargo and supply movements and passing that info on to the HF. This group seems to have some type of influence with or within the BPA.
Proposed solutions
Request that the Bretonian government put an entry ban on any ship made by the Commonwealth of House Liberty or the Hellfire Legion. Continued passive monitoring of the New London lane exchange for any valuable Intel to help identify this group of freelancers. Contact the BIS and ask for any Intel they have on these targets.
