SUBJECT: Shipments of military hardware
Dear representatives of the authorities of the Democratic Republic of Kusari!
My name is Christina Lauritz and I hold position of Minister for Foreign Affairs in government of The Bundesrepublik Rheinland. I was authorized by the Rheinland Government to contact you in matter of shipments of military hardware.
I was informed that a contract was established with Kusari Ministry of Defense and Kusari Naval Forces for delivery of military hardware of Rheinland origin from Battleship Westfalen to Battleship Nagumo. However, there are issues to be solved and that´s why I am contacting you.
First one are deliveries by Rheinland ships. Due to nature of the cargo, shipments should be done by Rheinland military transports which should be escorted to provide protection from any unlawful entities which may be very interested in such cargo. However, paragraph 5-3 of Kusari Legal Codex state that foreign police or military ID'd vessels are only allowed inside Kusari Territory if they are invited by their Kusari counterpart or are escorted by Kusari Law Enforcers. Thus we would like to request invitation for transports of Rheinland Military and MND/BDM and their respective escort which would consist of fighters, bombers and maybe also gunboats if you will agree with it.
Second issue is related to fact that mentioned Rheinland organizations have limited amount of transport ships and thus their transport capacities are limited. For this reason, we are ready to offer their Kusari counterparts access to Rheinland space so deliveries can be finished faster. Conditions would be probably the same as for Rheinland ships in Kusari. Let us know if you are interested in sending your ships for the cargo.

Honored Ms. Lauritz,
we will gladly accept your request and give permission for ships of the Rheinland Military to traverse our space for these logistic operations.
Additionally, military vessels up to the class of gunboat are permitted to serve as escorts for these shipments, as long as the number of escorts is in a reasonable proportation to the number of transports.
We also thank you for your invitation to conduct similar operations in Rheinland space and will make sure that our logistics division is aware of that fact.
I am sure they will be delighted to hear that this route is now open to them.
