Please be informed that one of your operatives was found yesterday with an unscheduled visit in Omicron Rho, namely the LNS Manticore (cagro scan + ID scan). The captain failed to provide any relevant purpose of the LSF vacating Core space, neither did he have an appointment. Since this falls under ยง4.3 of Core Law I was instructed to request its leave, so the Manticore was shown the way out to Omicron Delta peacefully. Please note, that no fine has been issued so far.
