Reek_Less has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 01/01/2009 for:
Quote:6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.
Consequences: Fined all credits, notifications in hold
Notes: Words, some, any, just not "Engaging X" Or as you managed nothing at all. Say something!
