I speak on behalf of The Order Overwatch General Assembly.
The Order will indulge in sharing any problem, small or big to the Confederation considering you've personally asked us to do so... For the start, The Order will assume that Zoner Confederation stands as entity with a mandate to administrate Freeports you claim under your stewardship and execute regulations and deals you yourself have arranged. With your claim over being an umbrella organization for most if not all Zoners has to be matched by fulfilling responsibilities that go along with it.
First issue, would be merely subject of trade. Numerous Zoner and allied entities traversed The Order Protectorate, with our blessing to aid in Freeport 11's defense and repairs. A favor offered in purely good faith, that we do not neccesarily owe to any of the convoys. You may be aware that we control some of the Omicron's entry points in the galactic north. Traffic enjoying safety of Order Protectorate merely passing though and not bothering to invest or export materials is a loss. Akabat is not barren wasteland, devoid of any kind of resources for your convoys to shun it.
Second, merely a friendly reminder. Few seem to realize that The Order Overwatch put in place regulations that while limited in scope, give us a formal authority to push our agenda and fulfill our mandate: both of that of The Order and defense of our own non-combatants we decided to take under our protection. You will find everything you need to know under this link. Inquiries and discussion are welcome however any attempt to detoriate paragraphs in effect within our innermost territories are not negotionable.
Thirdly, a wake up call. Your ongoing hostilities with Core were not the first, nor they are going to be the last. Zoners proved that they can sustain defensive position against Core for prolonged period of time. Should've Core be able to eradicate you just as simply, they would've pushed an offensive. As long Zoners resist Core, the lesser reach of theirs shall be. They have already moved considerable stake of operations into Omegas, threatening everyone should they make a breach. Should you give in or sue for peace, they will take advantage of freed resources. Next betrayal of theirs would bring devastation beyond your count. The Order is aware of Core's long term plans and that being to establish an empire in Omicrons and Omegas. You should be aware too.
Finally, the Zoners still abide the terrorists that aid Core in The Order's peacekeeping effort in Omicron Delta. You know them under name of Auxesia. It wouldn't be more than a day when their forces united to deter our advances in Omicron's galactic south. They have lead the vanguard of Core ships that sieged Freeport 11, they will continue to manipulate and murder. We ask: Why they are not under the same sanctions that Core is currently subjugated to?

Well... It's good to hear from you too Golanski. But I'm not going to bother bringing back old memories due to the hard work of Admiral Hunter. So let's start anew.
First. I would love to publicly promote shipping from several installations to Akabat, but the manner in how to do so without suspicion is a troubling matter. If you have any ideas into this, I for one am all ears to listen. The prosperity of Akabat is something I believe that will pay off heavily in the future for all involved parties.
Second. I have fully reviewed the laws you have pushed forth and see no reason to show divergence into already working agreements between those of Eastern Freeports and the Order. Unlike the Core, you're not threatening lives to push an agenda. So we both can agree there is of little issue at this current time.
Third. I wont lie to you Golanski, but I was trying to push for a peaceful resolution with Core forces concerning Freeport 11. So far with our discussions I can see there being of little chance for it. The Core are more on pushing for full and total mineral rights for Azurite and Iridium in the northern Omicrons. I'm not a miner but even I know that letting go of such would be disasterous for Order shipbuilding and others as well if the Core gained full mineral claims for Iridium alone. An interesting development though is that they're trying to push for Interspace Commerce to control the station. This boggles my mind on why such a house entity would wish to pursue such a venture into deep space. They wont share details on the matter so my guess is as good as yours.
Lastly. Would you believe that Auxesian forces contacted me over issues with the Commune just earlier? I think you'll find this issue in my hands to be dealt with very quickly but would you happen to have any data on these people called the Commune? That and a gentleman named Jarek. I have virtually nothing to go on here so any assistance would be useful.

Your or mine past are of no significance during this exchange. While it is curious why you had been selected to govern Galactic Eastern colonies of Zoners rather than installations closer to your heart is not subject to this communication. What matters are reasons of state for organizations we both represent.
Confederation may support and justify its support of Akabat in same way that Zoners justified its past trade relations to Hessians, Sirius Coalition, Corsairs, even Core prior to their banishment. What happens in the Edge - while dubious to the Colonies of Man - is nothing but a blip to the Governments unless the impact hits too close to their hearts. In this case if you can help us The Order thrive in the Edge, it will directly benefit case of Zoner survival not only in Nomad worlds. Furthermore Akabat is capable of supporting Zoner refugees and Freeport staff should neccesary, rather than to have to risk long route to Gran Canaria.
The case of Interspace Commerce has gained notoriety in the General Assembly. This institution invested considerable ammount of funds into Core in exchange of their obedience, making them no less responsible as frontline commanders persecuting Guildmaster's word. You will no doubt hear if we take any decision towards it but our advice is to be wary of them.
The Commune are no better than Auxesia, in fact both are worth each other. They are both extremist personality cults on two sides of barricade: one embraces co-operation with Slomon K'Hara while the other are children playing with tools they do not comprehend. Forgoing proffesionality for a bit, their pissing contest is amusing. The one you know as Jarek is dangerous person nevertheless: former founder and leader of now defunct Samarran Raiders, slaver, hedonist and experienced fighter pilot with great following in the Nomad abiding circles. He has peculiar trait of surviving assasination attempts against the odds, including one arranged by myself that had put him and his entire Samarra out of action for about a year. Mere individuals emerged and reinforced by newer recruits, formed vanguard of what you understand now as Commune.

Honestly at this point, we have little left to loose if we promote closer ties with the Order. We have been discussing on a possible deconstruction and moving Freeport 11 to another part of space close to Iridium and Azurite fields but where to safely do such is puzzling us. Perhaps somewhere on the outskirts in the Order Protectorate? We had thought of Kappa or Omicron Chi even Lost, but with your permission, perhaps we could safely move the station into Omicron Minor, far easier to allow Order vessels to come just in case of an attack. We truthfully don't have many options as we only have three days until our deadline for an answer comes about. After that... Golanski I don't think I can stop them from attacking again.
When it comes to Interspace... well that makes sense. I've had some family dealing with them as they seem to just throw money like candy about to get their projects through. I should've considered the same in such. If they take control of the station they could simply cut off our access just as fast as yours. We can't have that.
The last part troubles me the most in a way I didn't even expect... Are you able to spare any hard data on the Commune at all? Visuals, recon reports, and so on? Auxesia is one thing but still, I'll let them burn their own fingers instead of ours.

The Admiral is currently unavailable to answer your queries. However, I am authorized to replace him. The Consuls do not see relocation of Freeport 11 as liable. Core will follow you until its total destruction and moving a base in such circumstances will only give them window of opportunity to realize their threats. Reconstruction of Freeport in Omicron Minor or Mu is also not welcome. Have you heard about Port Jackson? Group of isolationists Zoners had once attempted to settle in Minor against wishes of our administration at the time. They are all dead now, at hands of the Nomads who are closer than you would realize. Alike, Omicron Mu does not sit well with affairs of our own security. What would our commanders do in light of civilian outpost not under our direct control, permitting docking permission to people not welcome in our star system?
As you may see, we see it as crucial that Freeport remains where it is, supplied to best of abilities of brave men and women of IMG, volunteer Zoners and others. The Eleven is as of now bastion of free thought and action in Omicrons in place it is needed the most.
The Commune is reclusive faction, who had engaged The Order on several attempts. Consuls have in posession certain documents related to diplomatic incident in Kusari involving Commune. However it is not in our best interests to share them as it's imperative to protect identities of those who aid our cause in secrecy to groups that do not see it the same way as we do. There are various Maltese exile groups that might offer you an insider point of view, if universe still abides those wandering souls.
