Bonjour or hello, To be respectful.
I am the Capitaine of the CLN-Lionne, Lexine Langlias. As the royalist forces make their moves i have been very disruptive in the southern area between our space, The northern system of bretonia ,Leeds, is where much of my time is spent butchering or attempting to convert those of the Royal Navy i encounter, But with the recent forces who have hunted me as i have them have increased in effort, It is very costly to keep my ship silent as i fly through the Tau's back to Roussillon.
In saying this, I seek permission to berth my grand vessel at the South Hampton shipyard and so me and my crew can recuperer from our Batailles.

If accepted i will bring my own team of Ingenieurs to make the repairs and changes we require as i understand the struggle working with our foreign technology.
As well we will pay for all resources we consume apon our stay.

Good day Capitaine,

Of course we welcome the brave forces of the Council into our space. As for berthing and repairs, Southampton Shipyard is the normal choice for such, however I must advise that other capital class vessels from other allies also frequent the area and use Southampton as well, so usage of moor guide ships will be extremely regulated.

However, materials for Gallic technology is short here in Bretonia. I would suggest you find a source of repair materials as fast as you can, apart from the engineers you bring.

There is also the matter of tactical disposition and capital asset operational guidelines, but our liaison in Southampton Shipyard, Captain Marcus Kensington, is available to help you in that capability. Do make sure to check in with him, once you moored. I am forwarding the permission papers as well a notice to the Southampton Administration and Captain Kensington.

With that said, welcome to Bretonia, Capitaine.

Kaze Nelson Reidman Dagon
