Subject: Liberty Navy Pilots executing their laws within foreign Rheinland space

When I've started my patrol in Hamburg I didn't expect this to see.
Everything was quite and peacefull until my radar spottet something, A Reichsarbeitergesellschafts Transport and 2 Liberty Navy Ships around him. They were following this Unioner Transport to Hamburg space and wanted to extract informations out of him.

Clearly violating our Rheinland Laws and they didn't even cared about it. I've told them often enough to leave because this is a hostile acto to Rheinland from Liberty and that i've got this under my control. Also I've told them this could be referring to a new war. It seems that they do that often, what is clearly not acceptable. They acted rude and anoying, but I tried to stay professional and in the end I could capture that Reichsarbeiter and bring him to Vierlande and to execute our laws on him. With your Liberty Navy patrol intruding our house it was nearly not possible to catch this Unioner. They were disabling me to do my job.

Please High command of the [LN], care about wich officers you educate, some of them might be dangerous and aren't acting within Libertys laws wich target it is to make peace, and not war. Incompetence could refer to goals you dont want to achieve.
