Appropriate greetings to whomever is assigned to represent the mentioned organisation. As is obvious by the design of this incoming transmission, I work for the Coalition, more specifically acting as the dagger of the people in multiple regions. Being a unit consisting of only a mere individual of course means a good degree of flexibility in operations and therefore efficiency. But perfection is far from attainable, while improvement is always possible.

In concurrence to this fact, the High Command of the Sirius Coalition has seen it fit to offer to you my services within your regions of interest, I desire specific training in the combating of nomadic entities, close quarters and hand to hand combat revision by the Order, along with a review of any other skills that can be held relevant.

In exchange, I will be a Coalition asset on loan to your paramilitary for the duration of these training visits. Consider it a show of good faith and one that yields merit for both sides. You may deploy me as you see fit to perform duties under your close advisement.

I am Inquisitor Valkyrie, one of your future commanding officers should you press on to operate under our wings. Understand that by submitting to follow The Order Black Fleet even as a temporary asset you will have to obey our directives and diplomacy despite what Coalition Duma promotes amongst its own. One of the major differences are that we do not delegate cardamine infested (by their own call or not) individuals as lesser species and that of Order being in itself is non-political organization that neither approves or condemns communism in any shape or form.

As a guest operating under the protocols of joint training and operations, I find your terms more than appropriate and perhaps necessary to uphold the views and goals your paramilitary must have. You have my personal assurance that during this training period, I will operate as ordered and intended by the forces in charge of me.

I was dubbed the people's dagger because I work by the wills of the people and I am not a tool of flippant nature or of emotional motivation. I hold no opinions and have no preferences, I do what I am required to do. As such, I would be appreciative of being allowed to learn where possible.

If my answer has proved satisfactory to you, I will require further details on my Commanding Officer and Zone of Operation, it will involve moving my Odin from New Moscow.

Operative Kresnik, you will be therefore considered as honorable member of The Order's Black Fleet battlegroups, serving in direct capacity as armed fist of The Order Overwatch General Assembly. I was not informed concerning the rank you hold within Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army but I believe an Ensign Kresnik which signifies first step an Order soldier takes into cadre of the Order Officers will be adequate for your training period. Our technicians at Giza camp, Akabat in Omicron Mu will temporarily install a device into your cockpit that will enable you to access relevant information from our Fleetnet - faster than light communication network operating on simmilar principles as neural net, allthough sufficiently encrypted and limited to The Order. Your Fleetnet access will be terminated upon your departure or when we have reasonable evidence to believe that your ship, alongside with the device may be captured by third party. It works independent from your ship's other internal components, requiring only to draw energy neccesary to operate directly from your ship's own reactor. Device will be uninstalled at end of your service.

Captain Ryder has shown interest in taking you under her wings. She's ambitious and capable officer and may show you valuable experience first-hand in the field. She will therefore be permitted to contact you directly on this channel with your first posting. In case of problems, you may freely contact the higher instance, in this situation it would be me personally. Unless situation requires greater than ussual subtlety and finesse upon which you will be informed, you are free to communicate with your fellow comrades from Omega 52.

As Valkyrie mentioned to you in the message above, I have been assigned to train you aswell as take you on operations as part of your joint ops deployment. My current assignment sees me deployed near Liberty, and as such,
you can report in at Barrier Gate Station, Coronado. If you have any questions prior, I'll answer them, but mission details wont be disclosed untill you arrived at the location in question.

You may provide me with details now, Captain Shepard, I've arrived successfully at your desired location and have bargained myself accommodations. This was made much less troublesome as someone seems to have put in a good word for me in advance, I can only assume who might have done this.

Standard protocol often sees me receiving information along the lines of targets and their most frequent sites of visitation. High profile targets do require a degree of tracking and studying to find in vulnerable enough occasions to terminate, though I understand the nature of these operations will be different from those frequently assigned to me.

Any information you deem relevant enough for me to know about the current deployment will be useful in allowing me to operate with the utmost efficiency. Targets, systems and rules of engagement. I will 'lay low' until you respond with further orders. For the duration of these deployments, I will of course be bound by Valkyrie's terms, the Order oath and your orders, despite my current transponder, identification, ship and equipment.
