Ola mon amigos from Confederation of Freeports. Let me introduce myself, im Leela Tornbald, chief logistics officer of Star Enterprises.
Long time we didnt fly out from Omega systems and tryed to renew our old communication centre with new long-distance communication tehnology, because old one, was annihilated by ION storm. "Ya Ya champos, i told them, we needed fuel for shields.. We all forgot to make a ride to get some h-fuel for base... and *err* Fuel run out and we got this problem". Therefore we didnt know about what happened in other Sirius.
Few weeks ago, our scaners found an anomaly that opens in Omega 7 system, and few seconds later, our base locked down for 3 days. We Established communication with one of our pilots in space, and he went to Omega 7 system, to find out this anomaly, and we lost him.. After we return control of the base and get there where last time was his transponder, we found his ship, it was destroyed, but we didnt found body. We decrypt black box information. We decided that we need to help our brothers from Omicrons, and prepare conwoy with supply goods. We went to Okinawa system to fillup with h-fuel. After that, I laid the route for our convoy and we was ready to launch
After access was granted, we unload our cargo and decided to leave Freeport 11 without repairs, because we can get them in Freeport 1, where situation with equipment and hull panels are not in *red* risk.
We will be back there soon, when we repair our ships

We inform you, that you have our hand now. Since we got those news about Freeport 11 status and constructing new long-range-transmitter, we can communicate about other supplement for Freeport 11 is needed, like Food, Water, Oxygen, and H-Fuel for ships and equipment.
Our ships is too old to fly in such dangerous space so we need to renew them with new: core, thrusters, long-range scaners and hull upgrade, all based on latests tehnologies.
We ask you, about permission to dock with Livadia Shipyard, and for cunstructing for us folowing equipment: 1) Battleship scaner x1, 2) Capitol armour upgrade VIII x1, 3) Capital ship thtusters x2 and new update of ZBT-1002 "Whale" core.
