Guten abend ,

About two days ago SOA agents on their usual patrol from Omega-47 to Omega-49 picked up an odd disturbance. That disturbance was an Installation being constructed near Planet Brallia, its callsign "Sol Hypergate Construction site", the installation was accompanied by a Zoner Colony ship and Yacht. The Coalition have -quite- a history in the Sol war, and with the installation being in the People's Republic Soveregin territory, the SOA wished to consult with the People's Republic first. Should you decide to remove the installation during the Cayman offensive, the SOA will be willing to dispatch agents to assist and possibly assets from the Kassel Fleet.

I recall the presence of this modular installation within the Kiev system, more commonly referred to as Cayman. It is true that the Coalition has an especially vested stake in leads to its past, but the past is the past, not the present. The present is a distinctly different world. With the offensive in Kiev coming under way to remove the "Reapers of Sirius" from the system, Kiev is considered a no-fly zone by the People's Republic. This extends to any non-aligned craft in the system, Zoner or otherwise. The People's Republic will be dispatching forces soon to have the installation dismantled and the Zoners there relocated back to the Omega-49 Protectorate. The assistance of your operatives and capital class vessels in enforcing this eviction will be of much use to the People's Republic.
