To whom it may concern, I'm contacting you on behalf of my organization "The Forlorn Hope". Our name might have reached you by now due to our high activity in Liberty and our constant support towards the Navy and Police. The reason why I am contacting you is that we need to acquire a license for a ship that is generally considered illegal by the house of Liberty. I'm talking about a Z-8550 "Pitbull" Pirate Train. We purchased such vessel from a few Junkers in Inverness as the need for a bigger transport arose. Our own installation, Glendalough Orbitals, located in Coronado needs to be supplied with more than just the small amount of supplies we can ship on our regular transports. So, now there was only one problem. We can't bring that vessel into Liberty space due to the Libertonian laws but we need to acquire supplies that are only manufactured in Liberty. So, we're willing to pay for a license for our Z-8550 "Pitbull" Pirate Train with the call-sign "Forlorn|-Hera". I also prepared a small summary of the details about the ship. Yours sincerely, Sarah Fenn Knight Captain The Forlorn Hope CLOSING TRANSMISSION
