Speed of different ship classes - HanCloudstone - 06-04-2017
I decided that this question might come up eventually and be useful to new(ish?) players.
What are the "speed classes" that exist in this mod and which ships belong where?

70 - Bretonia Cruise Liner, Cruisers
80 - Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Repair Ships, Gunboats, Battlecruisers, other Liners, Bustard
90 - Large Transports, Battleships
100 - Small Transports
Thrust Speeds
none - Bustard, Battleships
120 - Renzu Liner, Battlecruisers
130 - Bretonia Cruise Liner, Cruisers
140 - other Liners
150 - Large Transports, Gunboats
160 - Small Transports
170 - Repair Ships
200 - Fighters, Bombers, Freighters
Cruise Speeds
350 - Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battlecruisers, Battleships, Repair Ships, Bustard
356 - Geisha
360 - Bombers
375 - Heavy, Very Heavy, Superheavy Fighters
400 - Nomad Heavy Fighter, Very Heavy Fighter, Bomber, Freighters, Mjolnir
425 - Light Fighters, AI Drone
Did I miss anything? Do I have to do reverse speeds as well?

Fun fact, the Geisha's unique engine that gives it an extra six or seven cruise speed is a swapable Light Transport Engine that can be mounted on any other small transport, but the only way to get it is to buy a Geisha and take it off the ship.

Does the Bretonian Liner really have other speeds than the other liners?

The Bretonian Liner has Cruiser speeds. The Renzu Liner has Battlecruiser speeds.
The Passenger, Luxury, Gallic and Pilgrim liners have "normal" Liner speeds.
Don't ask me why.
