Konnichiwa,

The Taiheiyo Consortium has decided it was about time to introduce ourselves to various friends and allies of the Gas Miners Guild as a whole and I have been tasked with opening communications with the Blood Dragons. It would come to no great shock to me if you have not heard much about the Consortium as until recently we were a relatively small faction within the Guild. So to clear up any confusion I will start by introducing ourselves, The Taiheiyo Consortium is a group within the Guild made up of guild members who wish to help the Guild reach its potential and expand our territory within the Sigmas. The Consortium was until recently a group that primarily worked within the Guild but it seems the increased instability of Kusari among other things has brought an influx of new members from the rest of the Guild. With our increased numbers and assets the Consortium has decided to branch out from purely internal matters.

With that out of the way, onto why I am contacting you today. We at the Consortium want to see if the Blood Dragon would be interested in participating in an operation against the Samura gas miners in Hokkaido. We figure that the destruction of the gas miners owned by Samura would be beneficial for both the Guild and the Blood Dragons. While we wouldn’t be able to directly take part in the operation, the Consortium would be more than willing to provide supplies and other more indirect support.

Another matter we would like to bring up is the possibility of increasing coordination between the Consortium and Blood Dragon forces within the Sigmas. We are well aware that the Blood Dragons are busy with Planet Tomioka but working together to clear the Sigmas of any mutual enemies as well as disrupting Samura operations would again be mutually beneficial to both our organizations.

"Seduction can be as dangerous as any blade, and twice as silent."
The Blood Dragons

Leaders of the Taiheiyo Consortium.

The Blood Dragons apologize for the lateness of this reply. The battle for TomIoka continues, and has taken much of our attenton.

In light of said battle, the Blood Dragons cannot at the current time participate in any major combat operations outside of Nagano. While we deeply feel regret that we are unable to help our friends in the Guild...this battle...it is important to us all. We cannot risk losing ground.

We understand the mutual, beneficial fruits of such labor. But at this time, we must focus.

We hope in the future, that we can take hold of such offers and build our friendship further. We pray for your success in all endeavors.
