Player Sanctioned: Sapphire.Raven - Tunicle - 06-06-2017

Sapphire.Raven has been sanctioned for:

Consequences: "Goodies" removed.

<Things and stuff> Your ID is quite clear, levy fines or demand contraband. Not "remove some of your goodies" etc.

TLDR;
Guy gets caught.

We try to give inRP consequences and to leave a message for the Commune, saying that he can leave - as a form of torture/warning for trespassing.

I realise it was fishy (mainly because there's no middle ground for RP-ID Rules), and that the guy was obviously new and didn't know how to suicide to get his guns back.

Thus, I killed him - as it seemed like it was crossing the demand line.

Told him in PM that he can come back/leave as he will. That nothing happened essentially.

And the reason he was killed was for a bounty claim. Not the demand, as I said - it was too fishy to pull such a move, I thought about it during the whole interaction.

So; again; I already redacted the situation right after his death. There's no reason for this at all - especially after 3 months??

I think that I filed this report on behalf of the player in question [With his permission]. You see to me this just came across as borderline trolling. It seemed like nothing more than an attempt to humiliate a new member to the commune at that point and then disguise it as RP. At the time I felt that if you took your RP seriously you'd have killed him from the get go rather than an "Oh I'll let you go if I shoot off this and this", matter of fact I consider it OORP to make such demands... And no it was not really resolved in feedback since the member in question didn't receive any sort of apology for this behavior. Anyways that's why I submitted the report.

Evidentally, you didn't read the post, and making a sanction report on /behalf/ of someone - when they're capable - is redundant - especially when you are not involved.

I do believe it was resolved over Skype with Lerdi and a resolve was made ingame in Sharky's PM, however, you aren't the faction leader. This doesn't concern you. Please don't post.

But I was involved, It resulted in some in-faction drama which you also dragged into the forums for some reason rather than allowing us to sort it out.. and guess who had to clean that whole mess up? So like it or not I was involved since I filed the report. And yes you're right, perhaps he could have filed a report but given I had to walk him through how to get the logs and that he's pretty much new to the server and has no such experience filing such reports I asked him if he would like me to file one on his behalf. He said yes Smile.

All I see is a petty revenge-sanction report because of a grudge against me. You lied to me, tried to butter me up (trying to act friendly in the name of deception) for 'sanction evidence'/abuse my trust for your words and then sent it regardless - it's evident from your words within the shoutbox that you still hold these illogical grudges.


The facts are here regardless of however you feel, you were going to die regardless - the 'provided demands' were optional and not forced. You had a chance to not get killed. That was entirely willing, otherwise we could have just killed you with no/minimal RP at all - yet people will still complain about others killing enemies in their own turf without being given options - to which why this occurred - giving you a chance to live. Funny how you can't impress everyone.

You were allowed to come back, you were killed to have your items returned to you incase you docked.

It's petty attitude like this that makes me wonder why I even bother talking with other people. I clearly explained it to you why I felt like just killing you on sight would have been less interesting. Lol, roleplay, right?

Whatever. Even if the Admins decline this appeal, I'm just not going to bother with giving anyone else a benefit of the doubt and waste my time, wouldn't you agree that it would be better this way?
