If you think that a player is breaking the rules, report it to the admins via posting on the forum in the report section. You do not, however, threaten the player with reporting them.
For future notice, the player who pirated you had a freelancer IFF (the faction name in front of their character name), but they were using a Pirate ID. The ID is the part you need to be aware of and that is responsible for what the character can or can not do.

If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied.
