Dear Chief of Police,

I am Officer James O'Brian, I have recently over the last few months returned after a tragic incident happened with my wife. If you wish to gain access to the previous Chief of Police regarding this tragic incident please look in these archives.

Now the reason I am sending this comms to you is to request something that will benefit us all, that is including the Police and Government bodies but also myself and my daughter Chloe. What I am requesting is to under go training to become a second in command of a Defiant Gunboat-class vessel that is within the Liberty Police Fleet. Right now I am qualified to intercept with the Liberator Light Fighter-Class, the patrol vessel of the Guardian and Avenger Very Heavy Fighter-class and a Upholder Bomber-class vessel which is apart of SWAT.

The reason I wish for this request is for the safety of my self and to be able to give faith into my little girl, hope and I can promise her that I will be home knowing there I have more protection behind a Defiant gunboat-class than I do a one seated fighter. This is a very big request I know and understand this, but for my daughter I request this.
