My name is Robesco Santiago Calatrava, Archon of the Fallen Angels and the one that guides my people.
I#ll be blunt, your message is short and tells us nothing of who you are or what you uphold. I find it odd as we have yet to fully return to the galactic stage and make our presence widely known, though our scouts have been spotted leaving our home for the first time in a great long while. I am as curious to what you have expected to gain from contacting us, if you know of our existence, you will know of our status and our values, or so I'd expect.
So I ask you, who are you? Who do you represent? What would we have to gain from securing your allegiance - and you securing ours? Remember, just a name rings hollow and beating around the bush will get you nowhere. Answer these questions and you may present your proposal. Depending on how good it is, you'll have a chance to do it in person - per se.

As I said. We are The Blackguard and currently, we represent ourselves as we are. You may not gain much from us at the beginning, but that is where the proposal comes in. I can currently offer you 4 people that have incredible skill in ground and space combat and have survived many battles. What I wish from you is a small amount of technology share when able and tech share from what we take down together if it comes to it.
To make things much more simple. The Blackguard is a small group of people that focuses their goals for the better of humanity itself, without damaging it needlessly. We also work as mercenaries, escorts, researchers, engineers and so on.
Even though you are not here long, you might have heard about the so called Cult of Technology. Unknown to who they are, they hold lots of advanced technology that is still unknown to us. Its extremely powerful and can be used against them if we get it. I am looking for people willing to track them down and stop their attacks because soon they might even attack you.
So to be direct: Join forces, hunt down Cultists, share technology and profit.

Let me be clear, you don't contact saying that they should help you attack a group that they've never even met, even more so when said group sounds like it originated out of a children's comic book. We've never heard of this so-called 'Cult of Technology' and we don't need any more enemies, we have enough of those already. Additionally, you requested access to some of our technology. We've lost a lot as time has gone on but one thing we still have is our technology - as a result, we not inclined to share this with anyone on a whim.
If you are so inclined to pursue further relations you may, but currently, there is nothing I've seen of interest that would even prompt to bring this to the Council's attention. If you truly are in the belief that you can offer us something that will grab our attention I can arrange a meeting with some Angels in the Omegas. Whether or not you choose to act further, that is your prerogative.

The Cultists do not have allies, Archon. They will kill everything in sight unless they are stopped and we have no idea where they might pop up next. My proposal is set for the future, not the present. All I want now is good relations with your people. Other things may come later on.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough, or so it would seem. You are saying a group we have never met is hostile to us and that is for certain. Let's use an example. It would be like us introducing the concept of Bretonia to you claiming that they are hostile to everyone. Do you see the point I'm making here, Miss Stormclaw? We cannot judge anyone until we have met them, which is what I'm currently doing with you right now.
Anyway, I am getting off topic. If you want to discuss things further, I can arrange a meeting with some high-ranking Angels for you - but I'm too busy for such trivial matters as of late. This is my offer to you, whether you act upon it is your decision.
