Greetings Mr McCool, Mr Wright.

It is I, David Owen of Braillia R&D. I understand it has been a rather long time since my last point of contact with you both, and for that, I apologise. I understand plenty of things might have changed over the almost year-long silence that has passed since anyone from the Fallen Angels last made contact.

A lot has transpired over the last year and we are only just recovering from the shock that had caused us to withdraw back into the Cayman system. Now that we are restoring our presence with the outside world, so to speak, we are rekindling our relations with lost allies. We count the IRG among these and are wondering whether you are still interested in continuing project Hestia and helping carve out a future for the Angels.

Unlike the last time, this matter has been voted on by the entire Council who have approved and encouraged the rekindling of relations and have re-extended an invite to yourselves personally, as well as regranting access to all IRG vessels to unrestricted parts of the Cayman system.

The invite is directed personally to both Mr McCool and Mr Wright. You'd have my utmost gratitude if you accepted.

My apologies, I didn't know that Mr McCool had disappeared. You say you think he is being held by the Core? Was there some conflict that went down between the Zoners and them?

Anyway, regarding Planet Braillia, back when Finn and the IRG were working on Project Hestia, the three main scientists assisting us were yourself, Finn and one Doctor Thorn. I don't know the status on Doctor Thorn, but at the time it was stated that she was on leave. The task that IRG was helping us with was to help clear Planet Braillia of the radioactive debris and matter from Braillia's atmosphere.

During an action many years ago by the Reapers of Sirius, four bombs were detonated in the atmosphere laced with Cardamine in hopes of creating fertile soil of which we can grow the orange grass. It's vital to our survival and it's not something we can simply ignore, despite how most of Sirius may view us as a result. While the experiment was partially successful the negatives were far too great and the planet was rendered inhospitable as a result. Most of the native flora and fauna have died off since as well. We must right the wrongs and repair our planet and make it great once again, yet alone we cannot do this.

With the help of the IRG we could begin to make reparations of the IRG to remove the contaminants that are rendering Braiilia the wasteland that it is. If you've lost access to whatever project files were made on Hestia. when you arrive in Cayman I can grant you access to what the Reapers have on Braillia and the notes that were made during project Hestia.
