This is, in my eyes, a big hole in our chances to supply ourselves independently from our highly valued shipping companies and miners alike. The MRG would be pleased with your permission to enter the controlled zone of the Naval Forces with our logistic vessels and escort ships if needed. Our shippings will consist out of everything that is not defined in section 3-1-1, 3-1-2, 3-1-3 and 3-1-4, however, we wish to be allowed to transport the commodities mentioned in section 3-1-5, due to their importance pour the MRG. I hope we can come to an agreement.
