I would like to inform you that a renegade gunboat found in the civilian drydocks of Yukawa Shipyard, designated as LNS-Ticonderoga - having the forged civilian IFF, LCS-Secession - is a missing belonging of Liberty Security Force. Commander Thomas Davis, the rogue ex-Navy captain, has been marked as enemy of the state and discharged from his position within Liberty Navy. It is very likely the vessel itself posses parts of Alien Technology, which are deemed dangerous to safety of your House. Yukawa Shipyard is not equipped enough to be in possession of either.
We request immediate extradition of the captain, the crew, and return of the vessel into Liberty hands. The LSF agents will gladly take care of these criminals and put them to rightful justice.

The Admiralty appreciates your desire to share information regarding this matter. As it stands, a statement cannot be made to confirm the presence of LNS-Ticonderoga in House Kusari sovereign space, however.
No matter, your request for extradition is noted, but won't be acted upon until this very matter is escalated by the Republic of Liberty government itself. To the Admiralty's knowledge, no communication has been sent to the Ministry of Foreign Relations regarding this very case.
