My name is Mathieu Rousseau, the elder of the largest sect of Brigands within Gallia. If you do not know about us, this doesn't surprise me. The Brigands seldom leave Gallia and are not widely known to those outside of Gallia. My reasoning for contacting you is the result of the last council summit of the Brigand leaders, we have a desire to gain closer relations with the Outcasts of Malta.

This may come as a surprise given we both, to my knowledge, know very little of each other. We do know one thing about the Outcasts, however, and that is that you are the suppliers of a drug referred to as Cardamine. This drug is rarely seen in Gallia in comparison to the existing things we have here, like Nox, and from those who have tried or taken it, there seems to be quite the demand.

The Brigands control most of the black market of Gallia so any substance that can turn a nice profit gets large amounts of attention from us, and it would seem that the Outcasts are in a similar business to us but with Sirius instead. This is why I believe it would be mutually beneficial to go down a route of pursuing closer relations as we both have huge untapped markets to which we can exploit.
